HR Systems Administrator


Salary:
£25 per hour

This is an exciting ongoing temporary opportunity for a HR Systems Administrator to join a global designer and retailer.

In this role as HR Systems Administrator you will be managing the administration of the HCM system so that it is up-to-date and supportingthe business with the necessary data and operational support.


HR Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operational manuals for HR System operations and support country HR managers, payroll and recruitment teams with Workday operationrelated questions, if necessary escalate and follow up with the global support team
  • Prepare repeating reports for several EU departments (HR, FRMIC, Finance, Store ops support etc.) using available workday or Payroll system data
  • Maintain day to day Workday HCM operation for UQEU headquarters organisations
  • Liaise between Global HRIS team and each UQEU country DRI to make sure the submissions for Data audit are collected and follow up issues
  • Prepare quarterly annual leave reports
  • Be involved Workday and other HR System improvement projects and support testing and integration phases of the projects.

HR Systems Administrator Essentials:

  • 12 months of HR systems experience
  • Good spreadsheet skills, such as MS Office and Google docs
  • Microsoft Power BI, Power Automation skills to analayse data
  • Good communication skills to be able to work with EU teams and global teams
  • Can survive in a fastpaced and constantly evolving multicultural environment
  • Ability to follow up on several parallel issues with dynamic priorities
  • Love to solve problems with an interest in using technology as a tool
  • Detail orientated, organized way of creating and selfchecking the work created
