We are currently looking to recruit a self-motivated Internal Based Salesperson. Working within our in our busy store in Ancoats Manchester.

This really is a great opportunity where you can make a real impact and build strong long lasting business relationships.

You'll be joining a successful business that had record sales last year and we are now looking to continue to build on this success.

Role Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and customers with a particular focus on commercial customers along with our domestic installers.
Making Proactive calls and be able to recognise opportunities to grow the business.
Advising customers on suitable product solutions available to meet their requirements either on the phone or on our trade counter.
Representing the business in a confident and professional manner
Provide the best service to our customers
Have a flexible approach to suit requirements of the Business
Enthusiastic and willing to undertake a variety of tasks with a can do attitude to support the business

Requirements:

To be successful in this Internal Sales role, you should:

Ideally have sales / trade counter experience within the Plumbing & Heating industry or similar
Be a quick learner with great communication skills and the ability to multitask
Be proactive, energetic and enthusiastic with a confident telephone manner
Be self motivated and have the ability to work in a busy environment
