A multi national insurance business are looking for a Treasury Accountant to join their finance operations team on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities of this Treasury Accountant will include:

  • Daily update of cash balances and monitoring during the day
  • Prepare short term cash forecasts
  • Prepare payment requests for monthly and ad hoc Intercompany settlements
  • Review and request Intercompany and funding transfers
  • Execute foreign exchange transactions.
  • Execute FX deals and confirmations with third party banks
  • Maintain working capital requirements. Conduct regular reviews with Treasury Manager with the aim of remitting excess funds for further investment
  • Overseas deposit reporting
  • Assist in the daily liquid cash position with the aim to minimise the overnight cash balance.
