Due to several successful projects, they are now looking to expand the existing commercial team by adding an experienced Estimator.

Working alongside the commercial director and land team to ensure projects are built on time and within budget.
Negotiating prices with Subcontractors to ensure the best prices & quality.
4+ Years of commercial experience as QS or Estimator
Bluebeam software knowledge
