- Grow and develop the finance team and its functions.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the financial services sector.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- CFA and MBA qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to create and execute strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in financial software and tools for effective financial analysis and reporting.
