The Opportunity
As the Resort Recruitment and Operations Coordinator, you will deliver a full-cycle recruitment service for our resort-based programme.

In doing so playing a pivotal role in ensuring our Childcare and Resort programme remains creative, differentiated, and industry leading.


Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Work alongside the Operation and People team to successfully fill all programme positions in a timely manner.
  • All recruitment activities and processes to ensure recruitment activity is relevant and advertised accordingly including using social media, our website and job boards.
  • To continually evaluate and discuss ideas to review the overseas recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all HR administration is completed in a timely manner and is legally compliant including contracts, work permits, visas, payroll, policies, handbooks and manuals.
  • Assist the Operations team with procurement and administration tasks when required.
  • Organise and manage staff travel in conjunction with the Operations team.
  • Work in conjunction with the Operations team to deliver resort training.
  • Support the Resort Operations to ensure each programme continually delivers the required standard including set up, shut down and peak periods.

About You

  • Prior industryrelevant experience, ideally in a holiday or resort setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of guest service management and exceptional service delivery
  • An ability to prioritise, organise, and adapt
  • A Background and foundational knowledge in HR, Operations, and/or EU Regulatory/Compliance could also be advantageous

Location


We aim to find someone who would be office based at our new premises in Hammersmith for at least 3 days a week.

However, we may consider remote workers from within the UK who are prepared to travel to the office once or twice a month.
