Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Market leading incredibly busy office in Banstead. The client will also consider a sales negotiator for this role.
*The ability to thrive in a busy office environment is essential
Meeting and greeting applicants and clients in the office
Reviewing property marketing every fortnight in line with Office Manager. Ensuring offers are financially evaluated, put forward, and confirmed in writing.
Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post, to book viewings of properties and identifying opportunities for Potential Instructions where relevant
