Mortgage Advisor - Wokingham and surrounds

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced, high performing
Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join an independent 4 branch Estate Agency business based in Berks with their central location being Wokingham.

The Estate Agency outsources its Mortgage Business currently but are keen to take this in house with their own Mortgage Advisory arm.

We are therefore looking to take on board an experienced high quality Mortgage and Protection advisor looking for an exceptionalpartner firm with significant lead numbers and very strong average loan sizes from their average property sale value of £630,000.

The firm are proudly independent and the role shouldn't be compared to roles within traditional corporate estate agency the business owner was at pains to assure.

Pre requisites are existing Mortgage and Protection advisor within broking currently and ideally with exposure previously to Estate Agency.

Flexibility is available including Working from home partially although initially office exposure would be higher in order to influence the Estate Agency teams and to integrate into the team.

The advisor would have access to the full PRIMIS lender panel and also the full 15 provider protection panel with no loading to customers premiums.
