    Mortgage Advisor - Home Working Remote 100% Ideally North West but location can be anywhere in the UK

    PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a number of experienced CAS New Build Mortgage and Protection Brokers to join an ELITE PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm who operate a nationwide Mortgage Advisory operation servicing an abundance of leads introduced to this busy and highly successful partner firm my blue chip housing developers across the North West predominantly.

    The firm are one of the largest Mortgage and Protection businesses within the vast PRIMIS Mortgage Network and a business we are proud to be in partnership with. The firm prides itself on the extremely low levels of staff turnover within this business - a great sign.

    The firms contracted introducers consist of numerous key relationships nationally with Blue Chip Housing developers. The firm offer remote advice to their introducers customers all over the UK.

    The realistic and achievable OTE for the role is between £55,000 - £65,000 + although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings.

    The basic salary with this firm are low at £25,000 per annum - All advisors are on this base. The commissions deal is exceptional at 30% comms which on average loan sizes of 200k make a compelling proposition. There are also monthly production bonuses available ontop of the %.

    This business only take the very base advisors - recruiting remote advisors means the business can cherry pick the best quality advisors.

    We are ideally looking for New Build volume experience.

    Underwrites to base salary whilst pipeline building can be provided

    The successful candidates will have achieved Competent Advisor Status and be an existing high performing and experienced broker.

    PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, are the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 950 mortgage firms.

    The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency - the list goes on.
