Customer Success Manager - Leicester, United Kingdom - Pay iO
Description
Salary £30k - £32.5k base DOE Pay iO is a fintech company which provides business accounts, payment services and corporate FX to UK-based companies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth C-suite executives and clients. Handle inbound leads from referrals and cold leads, nurturing leads effectively. Manage revenue for client accounts, ensuring timely payments and invoicing. Facilitate FX payments, providing insights on optimal transaction timing. Collect client success stories and advocate for customer loyalty. Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation.
Skills required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to explain complex financial concepts. Good at working as part of a team.
Preferred education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer success, account management, or financial advisory roles. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with high-net-worth clients and an understanding of their unique needs.
