Description
We're looking for a Digital Support Administrator to join Kier. The role itself is flexible on location in the UK.

Within this role, you can enjoy pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.


Location:
Flexible - this role is completely agile (requirement to attend a monthly meeting in Basingstoke each month)


Contract:
Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

  • Facilitating conversations and gathering information from various projects to ensure Procore setup can be achieved in a timely manner.
  • Training project teams with the use of the system.
  • Following up onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition into the active use of Procore
  • Maintaining communication with project teams through delivery of the project and responding to any queries they have with the system.
  • Communicating any challenges or improvement ideas to the Business Systems Team


In addition to Procore there may be a requirement to be involved with the implementation of other systems as they come into the Business Systems Team.

  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to multitask and keep track of status of projects during launching of projects onto Procore
  • Ability to work at pace
  • Excellent at conveying the implementation process repeatedly
  • A desire to drive digital transformation through the use of systems
  • Work in alignment with Kiers processes
