    This firm is searching for an associate to join the development team within their London office. The role provides an opportunity to work on specialist redevelopment projects and act for some of the UK's leading residential developers. They are in need of support from an individual who shares their passion and drive for delivering on all-consuming, complex projects.

    As this firm's newest development solicitor, you'll be working with national housebuilders, mixed-use developers, SMEs, trusts, and private landowners, advising on regeneration schemes, urban extensions, strategic land, residential housing developments, and more.

    For this job, you'll ideally have:

    • 2+ years of PQE
    • Experience in residential development, particularly the ability to run a full development project from inception to conclusion
    • Knowledge of option agreements, overage, and Section 106 agreements, with a desire to remain informed on matters of residential development
