This award winning dynamic practice have over 50 years in the industry and are keen to continue their growth by adding a passionate Senior Architectural Technician to their team in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will have extensive post qualification experience, strong technical abilities being a proficient Revit user and have experience working on large scale residential projects.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of

Senior Architectural Technician:
Extensive Post qualification experience
be Chartered or close to it with CIAT
Prior experience working at Senior level is advantageous
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Well versed in current UK building regulations
Proven track record working on large scale PBSA and BTR residential projects
Boast design flare and technical excellence
Input to continual company growth
Assist in the development of emergent team member
Attentiveness to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and positive approach
