    Main Duties:

    Tax Administration:
    Assist with online filing of tax returns and submitting accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance

    Communication:
    Handle communication with clients, including compiling emails and managing incoming/outgoing post

    Administrative Support:
    Provide essential administrative support, including typing documents, managing diaries, and onboarding clients

    Company Secretarial:
    Process company secretarial tasks such as confirmation statements and share transfers, ensuring compliance with regulations

    Ideal Skills:

    IT Proficiency:
    Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages, to efficiently carry out administrative tasks

    Organizational Skills:
    Excellent organizational abilities to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines

    Interpersonal Skills:
    Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide excellent service to clients

    Background:
    Previous experience in accountancy/legal secretarial roles is preferred, but not essential
