An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join the Admin Team at our Sunderland Psychological Wellbeing Service based at Grange Park Clinic, Monkwearmouth Hospital.


The main function of the Admin Officer role is to provide an effective and responsive admin support within a busy Team.


The post holders will provide a proactive, comprehensive administrative service and must have proven experience of working in similar work environment, with excellent typing skills and knowledge of office processes.


  • Experience in a customer services focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • A good understanding of the RIO & IAPTUS systems (not essential as training given to those who have not worked on this systems before)
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft word/office packages and typing qualification
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills are essential
  • Minute taking skills and experience desirable
  • Ability to be selfdirected, motivated and be able to contribute positively within a team
  • Well organised and structured
  • The post holder will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in the role.
