    Who we want

    A focused and passionate Junior Designer to join our thriving team. Attention to detail is essential as we obsess about

    every style in our collections. You must be able to follow directions while bringing your own creativity and ideas to the role.

    You must be experienced in taking ownership of projects while being comfortable working as part of a team.

    The role

    • Working with and supporting the Designers on the creation of apparel collections.
    • Assist in the creation of Presentations for key stake holders.
    • Maintain key documents such as collection overviews, performance reviews and sourcing packs.
    • Creation of design packs and other materials to aid in smooth handover to the Development Team.
    • Work closely with the development/production team to streamline the product creation process.
    • Work with Lead Designers to ensure the global calendar is followed & deadlines are met.
    • Present detailed product knowledge documents to the broader business, assisting the detailed handover of collections to the Sales team with Senior Designers.
    • Work with other junior team members to carry out organisational and administrative tasks, helping the studio to run smoothly.
    • We operate category rotation with junior staff, s o you will have the opportunity to work on multiple product categories.

    What you'll need

    Essential:
    • Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
    • Experience in Womenswear Design role (1+ years)
    • Advanced Illustrator & Photoshop skills
    • Garment construction, Fit & Fabric knowledge
    • A passion for clothing, with a keen eye for considered details
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • A collaborative team player
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects in tandem
    • The drive to work for a market leader and the adaptability to cope with the needs of a growing brand
    Advantageous:
    • In-House Fashion Brand experience
    • 3D Familiarity (CLO 3D)
    • Keynote and PowerPoint proficiency
    • Category specific experience, such a s knitwear.

    You will be joining a strong and communicative in house team who work closely together on the design and development of our collections. Hybrid, remote or freelance applications are not appropriate for this role and will not be considered.
