    Job Purpose
  • To provide project coordinator support on all Branded & Customer Own Brand, Blue Sky, NPD, EPD project change types
  • To manage and deliver change projects such as artwork only – create resource plans and people requirements, determine and manage timelines, collaborate with a delegate tasks to subject matter experts and to identify, raise and address any potential risks
  • To monitor, report and drive delivery in collaboration with the project manager for all projects at implementation/close out stage (i.e. from gate 3 onwards)
  • To help enable successful progression of all allocated projects, by supporting the project manager with maintaining the CPA and RAID.
  • To take minutes and update project management documentation and provide updates from project meetings in line with the Project Managers requirements
  • To provide admin support to the Project Management Team as and when required
  • Some travel will be required in this role – TBC

  • Principal Responsibilities
  • Creation of project plans and critical paths, allocation of project teams, tasks and responsibilities in the management of artwork only or other allocated projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information as agreed with the Project Management Team for implementation stage of all projects.
  • Liaise and support the Project Managers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives within projects.
  • Support with the assessment of risks and highlight opportunities to mitigate in line with Project Management methodology and individual Project Managers requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide support with any issues that arise with agreement from Project Manager
  • Support the Project Managers with stakeholder mapping
  • Act as change management process champion and help coach / train others with the process.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using the new project templates, plans and reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business representatives and stakeholders at head office and sites and act as the primary point of contact for your assigned projects
  • Scope
  • The support and coordination of allocated projects within the Princes End to End Change Management system (Origin) including (but not limited to) those triggered by NPD, EPD, raw material or supplier change, process change, changes to customer requirements, relevant capex projects (major and minor).
  • To support the project management team in development and delivery of sector project portfolios as required.

  • Role Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Sufficient knowledge of Project Management, Artwork end to end process and Supply Chain Set-up for new products.
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Degree/NVQ in project management, artwork, supply chain or NPD disciplines or equivalent experience
