£28.19 PAYE - £31.43 through an Umbrella Company

Oversee a team of electrical/ mechanical engineers
Support the development of a comprehensive planned maintenance programme
Ensure reactive works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard
Monitor budgets and prepare reports for key stake holders

Fabric Supervisor

Hourly Rate:
£19.01 PAYE or £20.99 through an Umbrella Company

Deliver property maintenance services across the Trust and provide technical advice
Effectively supervise a team of operatives carrying out planned and reactive works
Regularly liaise with Managers, Clinicians and Project Managers

Fabric Operatives

Agency Reference Number:

Hourly Rate:
£11.52 PAYE or £12.47 through an Umbrella Company

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works across the Trust in a timely manner
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety policies and guidelines
Work respectively in live environments and liaise with clinicians where necessary
