    Trading since 1989, Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services.     Reporting to the Head of Data, this is an exciting time to be joining the Data and Analytics team where you will oversee the development, delivery and deployment of software, programs, or systems whilst coordinating all parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption.

    The successful individual must be a good communicator and facilitator, capable of understanding and refining complex tasks into actionable chunks with very good stakeholder management skills.

    Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of programmes.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and refine delivery plans.
  • Identify and co-ordinate required resources for program execution and delivery.
  • Manage delivery backlog.
  • Knowledge and Expertise - (relating to specialist knowledge and expertise required to undertake the role).

    Essential:

  • Data project management.
  • Agile delivery.
  • Software development and delivery (full SDLC).
  • Change management.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Experience of working with Azure.
  • Desirable:

  • Software development.
  • Data Management.
  • Residential property data.
  • Microsoft suite – List and PowerBI.
  • Developing a new business unit within a large organisation.
