    The Office Manager position plays a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of service excellence on the account.

    With a focus on meeting client expectations and maintaining account performance, this role requires autonomy, a proactive attitude, and strong initiative.

    As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and ensuring compliance with statutory, mandatory, and corporate requirements, including safety, health, and environmental compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Client site lead to ensure smooth running of the satellite office
    • Maintain a weekly schedule of contract management movements and ensure timely circulation to team
    • Assist the business by the raising of purchase orders as required
    • Provide F&H in way of refreshments for any meetings
    • Provide administration of ISS systems and processes for the sites
    • Administration of security systems and database for the client
    • Support internal performance key indicators
    • Monitor site performance against SLA's and KPI's
    • Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example and ensure the team are working effectively.
    • Positively influence customer relationships to ensure regular contact is maintained and service delivery expectations are achieved/exceeded

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

    • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
    • Relevant corporate / hospitality/ customer service experience 2-3 years
    • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office) 2-3 years
    • Management of Personnel 2-3 years
    • High degree of accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good time management
    • Customer service skills
    • Technical ability - Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
