    Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the culinary arts and business development? Kitchen Theory is seeking a talented, energised, Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the business.

    Responsibilities


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Kitchen Theory's client base.


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.


    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.


    • Collaborate with the creative team to tailor dining experiences to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.


    • Manage one business development executive and aim to grow the team.


    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

    Requirements


    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the culinary or hospitality industry.
