    Role: Senior Structural Engineer

Are you passionate about breathing new life into historical structures? Excited about contributing to a sustainable and low-carbon future in the engineering industry? Our client has the perfect role for you

    About the Client:

Our client is a dynamic Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Northern Ireland, specialising in conservation engineering. They merge their passion for built heritage with a dedication to sustainability. Their impressive portfolio includes projects such as refurbishing Listed townhouses in Mayfair and conserving a WW1 military fort in Co. Donegal. With a diverse range of completed projects and an exciting pipeline of future work, they are at the forefront of their field.

    Your Role:

As an Experienced Project Engineer or Senior Engineer, you will contribute 3-7 years of diverse project experience to the team. Whether you are Chartered or approaching chartership, you will work closely with an Associate - a Chartered Structural Engineer and Accredited Conservation Engineer. While experience with existing buildings is a plus, it is not essential. What is crucial is a genuine passion for conserving built heritage and creatively repurposing structures.

    What We Offer:

The consultancy offers a supportive environment tailored for your professional growth, whether your goal is chartership or achieving conservation accreditation. Specialising in conservation and adaptive reuse, you will also have opportunities to work on new-build projects. This role is vital for developing and maintaining your all-round engineering skills. The team engages in a variety of projects including high-rise concrete frame residential buildings, steel frame educational campuses, and bespoke sculptural and arts projects across the UK and Ireland.

Join a team where your passion for the past and vision for a sustainable future can come together to make a meaningful impact in the engineering world.
