The Client

ICS has been instructed to find an experienced Property Manager to join a very successful Estate Agency in West London.

Our client does not only support all employees who walk through the door but also encourages all members of staff to develop their understandingof the property market by inspiring them to become ARLA qualified.

The Property Management department is the core element of this Agency, which is why they are looking for an exceptional and passionate Property Manager to join this innovative and progressive team.

You must be loyal, hard-working, conscientious, and canwork well under pressure in a busy environment.

You will be responsible for;

Book requested pretenancy work to ensure the property is ready and up to the required standard prior to the new tenancy commencement
Respond to general tenancyrelated queries throughout the lease, providing advice to tenants and landlords in terms of processes and procedures as they arise
Oversee the release of tenant deposits, ensuring inventory reports are sent out within 48 hours.
Ensure the landlord provides confirmation of any claim in a timely manner
Effective complaint handling, ensuring that each customer is provided with a quick and satisfactory resolution to company standards
Refer deposit disputes to the Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS) with instruction from the landlord or tenant
