Alternative Saturdays am to midday


My client is looking for a professional individual who has experience working with customers on a daily basis and enjoys speaking over the phone as well as face to face.

The Role

Providing a professional service to clients by developing positive, trusting, and friendly relationships.

Communicating effectively with the client to ensure that their instructions and requirements are being actioned.

Collecting all client details accurately and updating the system correctly

Providing advice and information clearly so that clients understand important data

Continuing to personally develop through training and development provided by the company

The Person

Having the ability to be proactive and find solutions to meet client needs

Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional outlook to business

Continually evaluate personal achievements and review what's required to raise performance to the maximum

Can develop close working relationships with colleagues and always show a team spirit
