    Facade Manager / Project Manager
    • Facade/Claddding
    • Tier 1 Main ContractorThe CompanyPremises Recruitment are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.

    The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects affording their staff job security and genuine career potential.

    Current projects range from £50m to £500m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.
    The Role
    • Project Manager (Facade)My client are looking for an experienced Facade Manager in the delivery of student housing over retail and leisure/workspace facilities (Clay bricks on the ground floor and panelised brick slip system on the upper floors) * Managing the facade package.
    * Manage interface with design and engineering teams and lead a subject to completion * Manage Health and Safety * Manage the costs associated with the works and any variations * Lead weekly progress meetings * Manage the overall façade completion programme.


    Essential:

    • Solid understanding of façade, design and detailing
    • Substantial knowledge of façade materials, methods of manufacture and installation, materials and testing
