- Oversee all aspects of commercial fit out projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Previous experience as a Commercial Fit Out Project Manager
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or a background in trades
