    Are you a skilled problem-solver with a passion for IT support? Our client in Southampton is seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst, to join their service desk.

    As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient technical support to users across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities of the IT

    Support Analyst:
    Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users ensuring timely resolution.
    Provide both hardware and software support and support users with installations and new hardware set-ups.
    Collaboration with other IT teams to escalate complex problems.
    Requirements of the IT Support Analyst include:
    Proven experience in a service desk or similar 1st/2nd line role
    Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
    IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
