    ​​​​​​​We're excited to be looking for a Planned Delivery Scheduling Team Leader to join our Planned Kitchen & Bathroom Admin team, someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, who's enthusiastic with good attention to detail and has strong communication skills.

    You'll be responsible for leading the scheduling function across the Planned Delivery Kitchen & Bathrooms teams, making sure that the services provided are high quality, represent value for money and are customer-focussed.

    You'll work closely with the Senior Planned Operations Managers and Planned Supervisors to support the Commercial services' functions and other areas whilst maintaining good relationships with key stakeholder both internally and externally. Remember, we don't just want to do things the way they've always been done, we want to do things even better

    We are a team of seven and our function is to plan and support the delivery of renewing kitchen and bathrooms to our properties through a planned programme of works. These are delivered via our team of 40+ trades and Supervisors and as well as Sub Contractors.

    ​​​​​​​No two days will be the same in this role so you'll need enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile.
