The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire initially (with a longer term move to our new office location in Bicester) where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs, however, they will be mostly be focused on partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive data-driven insights and operational excellence.

This includes but is not limited to optimising Performance Management, refining Probationary Procedures, shaping Career and Succession frameworks, conducting Workforce Planning, refining Talent Management strategies, facilitating harmonization efforts, executing integration plans, managing Terms and Conditions, overseeing Contract Management, and refining Policy Management.

Partner with stakeholders to optimize HR practices for performance enhancement.
Manage global-local balance in compliance and employee relations documentation.
Lead digital transformation and data-driven proactive solutions, collaborating on budgeting and lifecycle mapping.
Senior leader with global influence and coaching capabilities.
