As the Deputy Children's Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people and your team.

You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for whilst leading andinspiring your team; ensuring a safe, secure and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves.

- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum. Ofsted performance bonus if a rating of "Good" or "Excellent" is achieved/maintained. Quarterly bonus if home is kept at full occupancy.

Could this role be the right one for you?

  • Full time, permanent.
  • 09:00am 17:00pm. On call requirements which is shared between other Senior Management at nearby homes.
  • 4 Bedded, EBD.

We don't want to lose you here

  • 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting and 1 years' experience in a managerial capacity.
  • A strong understanding of appropriate legislation and confidentiality.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Minimum Standards for residential children's homes.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or be working towards this. (Highly desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
