Are you an innovative, collaborative and technically adept writer or engineer? Do you wish to utilise your technical background to maximum effect by developing real-world examples, tutorials, and multimedia content that assists customers in using Siemens products to accomplish goals.

We're seeking a
Technical Writer to join our cutting-edge team developing complex Electrical and Electronic systems-design tools for the automotive, aerospace, and adjacent industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Working with the latest cuttingedge technology in Vehicle Networking
  • Developing taskbased content that teaches customers how to get the most out of their embedded tools
  • Taking a proactive role in working with the product team to research and identify use cases
  • Collaborating with geographicallydispersed colleagues on crossfunctional teams

What you'll bring

  • Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree
  • Technical writing experience, supporting complex technical products
  • Familiarity with vehicle network architectures, ECU communications/design and Eclipsebased IDEs, or similar
  • Ability to come up to speed quickly on a new project and balance multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of task analysis and topicbased structured (DITA XML) authoring
  • Excellent communications the ability to write clearly and accurately in English is essential
