Key Responsibilities:


  • Working within the Business Development team to understand and segment the market for potential new charity investors into the Fund and any new Charity products to build and manage potential sale leads, arranging meetings/presentations as appropriate.
  • Developing further relationships with the Investment Managers and major UK consultants who specialise in the Charity sector. Aiming to ensure an ongoing 'buy' rating status for the Fund and help develop those IM/consultant relationships not yet activewith the Fund.
  • Being responsible for production of all DDQ, RFPs and ensuring all consultant platforms are up to date.
  • To take primary responsibility for use of the Charity side of the client CRM system via salesforce and to ensure updated client reports and opportunity pipeline for the Fund is regularly monitored and followed up, working closely with the BD directors andthe team assistant.
  • Manage relationship with the firm who act as administrator for all registered holders of the Fund, managing the Fund's investor register along with all Fund subscriptions and redemptions alongside the team assistant.
  • Coordinate and process Fund publications, including Quarterly Fund Fact Sheets, assisting the Finance team in the publication of the Fund's annual report and accounts whilst developing and maintaining the highquality marketing material for the Fund.
  • To take primary responsibility for developing the Fund website to improve optimisation and links to Charity sector and oversee management of the site with the team assistant.
  • To assist with Charity investor relations and general client management across the business including hosting client events seminars, webinars and round table events.
  • Reviewing and modifying where necessary all client communications and advising on other potential initiatives to enhance the Fund's marketing and client service proposition.
  • Attending Charity sector conferences and representing the company at other industry seminars as appropriate in a BD role.
  • Help develop the digital presence for the Fund and the wider business in the Charity sector and working alongside our external PR Consultant to continue to build the brand through PR/website/blogs/industry awards.


Anyone currently working within the Real Estate and/ or charities/ ESG sector would be desirable, but this is not essential.
