    You will be joining FTI Consulting's fast-growing, exciting and cross-sector Litigation team in the Strategic Communications segment, based in London.

    The team helps companies prepare for high-profile and potentially disruptive disputes, working to protect corporate reputation and advance towards client goals through every stage of a legal process.

    We combine corporate communications excellence with specialist legal and industry expertise, working with in-house communications and legal professionals throughout the lifecycle of a case.

    You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic communications preparedness and response services for our clients. Joining cross-discipline teams to support clients' responses to claims and investigations.
    Designing and implementing reputation risk assessment and management processes.

    Drafting and review of communications plans, executing those plans when they need to be deployed and put into action.

    Contributing to business development activities – including developing proposals, writing thought leadership, organising events and building a network.
    As part of the Litigation team, you will:

    Develop specialist communications skills, building your understanding of what good practice looks like and how to embed this in complex organisations.

    Interact directly with senior leaders and clients, understanding how they operate under the pressure of high profile legal situations and techniques to manage this.

    Be part of a growing service offering, with the opportunity to shape your role and the direction of the team to best support our clients.

    Join international teams and collaborate with experts from across FTI – including for forensic investigations, expert evidence and technology tools to help navigate complex legal challenges.

    Take part in business development and marketing initiatives, building your understanding of running a practice – including good financial management.

    Work with our Graduate/Intern programmes to nurture and develop our pipeline of talent.

    2-5 years' work experience in consultancy or an in-house role.
    ~ Understanding of and genuine interest in corporate crisis management, crisis communications and/or operational resilience.
    ~ Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills.
    ~ Demonstrable experience of litigation, reputation management or adjacent practice areas from professional experience
