    Description

    We are recruiting for a confident, self-motivated and ambitious Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team in our Central England office based in Northampton.

    The team is well recognised and is highly ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers.

    You will be working closely with Dominic Hopkins, a Partner and Joint Head of Central England office, who supports clients on a range of complex commercial disputes work.

    The work of the team includes highly technical cases that can be in areas such as science and technology, complex investment products and services and private international law.

    Other work done includes civil fraud claims, warranty claims, shareholder disputes and professional negligence matters, and cases commonly involve technical insolvency issues.

    Advise on a range of issues across the breadth commercial litigation

    Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within commercial litigation , working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.

    Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
