**ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

Ownership of the management accounts preparation including analysis and commentary on monthly results
Review the monthend process, ensuring the Assistant Accountants are preparing the accounts on a timely basis
Take a key lead of the implementation of a new cloud based accounting system ensuring existing data is migrating and new processes are running smoothly
Mentor and develop a small team of Assistant Accountants and Accounts Assistants with a view of managing the team in future
Partner with the wider business; providing insights to support sales strategies
