    Key Responsibilities

    • Operation of Facilities Work Request System (Service Desk) involving the Facilities team as necessary to provide a co-ordinated approach to the logging, monitoring and progressing of faults and defects associated with the Company's occupation of various premises.
    • To manage and support the Facilities Team to ensure that the premises occupied by the Company are at all times maintained in a condition to a standard required by the Company and to ensure that statutory demands are met in this respect. This will involve overseeing the repair, improvement and planned maintenance works on premises, building infrastructures and systems.
    • The management and control of the Facilities budget.
    • To ensure all building-related plant and equipment are at all times maintained and in a condition to a standard required by the Company are met as well as satisfying any relevant statutory demands (e.g. HVAC Systems, Forklift, Air Compressor, Extraction Equipment, Machinery tests, etc.).
    • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the assist register which includes details concerning service providers, frequency of service and contact details.
    • Ensure that the statutory testing of plant and equipment is carried out on a regular basis (e.g. PAT Testing, LOLER testing, Fixed Electrical Wiring Testing).
    • Monitor and oversee cleaning activities/contracts for all premises occupied by the Company.
    • Manage the upkeep of keys for all areas of any premises occupied by the Company. Such a set of keys must be stored in a secure place and be easily identifiable by means of a numbered listing and building floor plans


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • The generation and delivery of reports, presentations and assessments for each operating area, as may be required.
    • Maintain electronic and manual filing systems for all reports, records, documentation and correspondence.
    • Issue, control and monitoring of miscellaneous items, including building keys, vehicle keys, access fobs etc.
    • Diary management for the Business Operations Director and other areas, as may be required.
    • Security access systems (security fobs) – issue, control and monitoring.
    • Involvement in car parking arrangements and Company Transport Plan, as may be required.
    • To maintain and distribute the office layout to the Company as and when required.
