Roles and Responsibilities:

Solution components that are within the Salesforce product suite and outside of it, including: Security, Integration and Migration
Handson experience with Vlocity Data Raptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, and either Vlocity EPC or Ratings Engine.
Indepth knowledge of key processes in industryspecific CRM solutions (e.g. Quote to Order, MACD, Policy Management)
Process modelling tools and best practices
Working closely with the clients to understand through workshops Client's business challenges, complex business processes and requirements. Help to solution based on Vlocity and Salesforce platforms.
Good to have knowledge of Telco Eco Systems
Handson experience as Architect for complex programs

Responsibilities:

Create, update and maintenance of key architecture deliverables.
Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement Salesforce Industries solutions
Working closely with the clients to understand through workshops Client's business challenges, complex business processes and requirements.
Lead the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
Within a change program, lead the preparation of technical plans.
Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices (including security) are applied correctly.
Undertake impact analysis on major design options and tradeoff
Make recommendations and assess and manage associated risks
Ensure that the system design balances functional and nonfunctional requirements
Contribute to development of systems design policies and standards and selection of architecture components.
