Location: Hybrid working model with bi-monthly visits to our office in Huddersfield, UK

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Position Overview
As a Commercial Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's success by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations. Collaborating closely with supply chain, construction, and procurement teams, you'll optimize processes, manage costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, including inventory management, supplier performance, and logistics costs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of construction projects, budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate supplier contracts, negotiate terms, and optimize purchasing strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Have worked in a Construction background (preferable)
