ICS is working alongside a truly progressive asset management firm based in Central London, that oversea an incredibly vast residential property portfolio of nearly 200K residential homes across both England and Wales.
Essentially, they act as asset managers for many major UK pension and life funds that have committed to investing in residential property.
Therefore, their role is not just to collect money and handle administration, but to also provide responsible long-termstewardship for the vast number of properties that they look after.
With rents on the increase and property stock levels at an all-time premium, this company is in the eye of the economic BounceBack storm, and to this end, they are actively looking for a new pair of passionate, diligent, and savvy hands to join their unflappableand yet fun, Leasehold Management team on a hybrid / WFH basis.
Overview of Role
- As part of the Leasehold Management Team, you will mainly deal with administering and processing consents and requests for permission or changes to lease terms specified in a variety of residential and commercial title documents, and collect fees for theseservices for the Landlords.
- These functions must be carefully and diligently administered in order to protect the rights of their Landlord clients, as well as to ensure the residents of properties are able to get necessary permissions and information promptly and simply.
The focus of this role is predominantly administration-led and offers a rare opportunity to _earn as you learn_ should you wish to pursue a career in asset management or even legal conveyancing in the future.

Desirable skills and experience:
- Law degree or other professional legal training or experience
- Understanding of the legal conveyancing process.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements applicable to the transfer and mortgage of Leasehold and Freehold property.
- Land Registry titles & Requisitions.
- Experience within the residential property sector, or within the property industry generally
- Experience in dealing with solicitors, conveyancers, and surveyors
