    Job Overview:

    VE3 is seeking a highly experienced Technology Programme Manager to lead complex system integrations and transformations for our clients. This role requires a deep technical understanding of platforms like AWS, SAP, Google Cloud, Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for client management, engagement management, and the strategic direction of technology projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client and Engagement Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between VE3 and client stakeholders, ensuring all client needs are met.
    • Manage client expectations and foster relationships to secure ongoing and future engagements.
  • Program Planning and Strategic Execution:
    • Develop and oversee the strategic plan for implementing complex IT solutions and transformations.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
  • Technology Leadership:
    • Provide expertise in one or more core platforms (AWS, SAP, Google Cloud, Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce) to guide technological decisions and integration strategies.
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in these technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Budget and Contract Management:
    • Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are efficiently utilized and costs are controlled.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, aligning project scope, timelines, and costs with strategic business objectives.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
    • Identify risks associated with program execution and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets both client expectations and internal standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and technical experts.
    • Develop talent within the team, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology program management within an IT consulting environment.
    • Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects involving system integrations and transformations.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing client relationships and project engagements.
    • Strong background in one or more of the following platforms: AWS, SAP, Google Cloud, Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce.
    • Proven track record in budget management and contract negotiations.

    Certifications:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner.
    • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
    • ITIL Certification.
    • Cloud Platform Certifications
