Managing digital channels such as social media, website, and e-news
Collaborating with senior marketing executives and project managers for planning and implementing marketing activities
Responding to customer queries via phone and email
Aligning sales and marketing strategies with operational activities to drive business growth
Assisting with content creation and campaign development
