Deputy General - Premium Dining Pub, Islington We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Deputy General Manager who is seasoned in high volume, premium dining.

You will be working within a critically acclaimed, dining pub, with a Michelin trained Head Chef who's creativity is above and beyond using the best of British seasonal produce.

With a loyal customer base they are premium produce, service in high volume. Their wine list was developed by a leading wine expert to perfectly complement their food offering.

The Person The successful Deputy General Manager will have the following:

Experience in a high volume dining & pub background
At least 2 years at Deputy General Manager or Assistant General Manager level
Supporting the General Manager & working with the owner
Must have a premium background with a stable career history
Ability to lead a strong, experienced, long standing team
Good wine knowledge is preferable
Organised, passionate & driven
Strong attention to detail
The face of the business – personable & engaging, ready to build a great rapport with all guests
