    Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of SEN students.
    *Implement engaging teaching methods and resources, including the use of technology, to inspire and motivate students.
    *Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and other teachers to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote students' academic and social development.
    *Actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's continuous improvement efforts.
    *A qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK.
    *A degree in English or a related subject.
    *Proven experience in teaching English to SEN students, including those with ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia.
    *Familiarity with the national curriculum and SEN strategies and frameworks.
    *A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching and classroom management.
    *A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of SEN students.
