Lead Process Assurance Operative - £13.27 per hour

Our business has been experiencing exponential growth, at our site in March we produce over 80% of the UK's prepared Beetroot products and we are looking to grow our team.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Lead Process Assurance Operative to join our team at our fast paced Beetroot Factory in March.
Main responsibilities of our Lead Process Assurance Operative:
- To work alongside and deputise the PA Team Leader when necessary
- Reporting and recording of internal nonconformances and maintaining the Hold Log
- Working with the PA team to inspect all products prior to despatch and provide feedback for shift managers to maintain quality standards as per customer specifications and relevant product standards legislation as applicable.
- Assist in internal and external auditing through the completion of traceability, mass balance exercises, and auditing of site processes and procedures
- Ensure employee knowledge competency of CCP and integrity checks through training sign offs
- QA Scanning of all finished goods
- Completion of daily GMP audits, ensuring that all areas have been audited weekly and report any nonconformances and corrective actions
Requirements for our Lead Process Assurance Operative:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or Process Assurance role
- Have great attention to detail, good verbal, numerical and communication skills
- Have a "cando" proactive approach to work
- High level of written and spoken English
- Have great attention to detail.
- Organisation and planning skills.
- Team Player
Working hours: 40 hours per week
