    Our client, a leading national law firm specialising in Clinical Negligence, are seek an adept Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team as a Senior Associate, with prospects for advancement to Head of Department. In this role, youll oversee a varied caseload of high-value medical negligence claims, contribute to business development, and champion our commitment to excellence and client advocacy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence claims, emphasising serious injuries.
    • Offer expert legal guidance and representation throughout the claims process.
    • Lead and mentor a team of solicitors and support staff, providing invaluable guidance and support.
    • Drive strategic business development and marketing initiatives to expand our client base and bolster our reputation in clinical negligence law.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and stakeholders.
    • Keep abreast of developments in clinical negligence law and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.


    Requirements

    • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in clinical negligence law.
    • Proven track record in handling high-value medical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team, offering mentorship and guidance.
    • Strong aptitude for business development and marketing, with a history of client base expansion.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
    • Dedication to delivering top-quality legal services and securing optimal outcomes for clients.
