Founded in Portland, Maine in 1914 by the Davidson family and later purchased by the Corey family in 1988, the company was family-owned and operated for 107 years. On November 1, 2021, Day's became a 100% employee-owned company. The company also operates an e-commerce website, Day's is noted for professionalism and its commitment to social, ethical, and environmental responsibility.

    Sales Associates provide our guests with an exceptional customer care experience, from the warm initial greeting through the long-term client relationship building. Our sales associates are fully engaged in providing our guests with product guidance, introducing them to new, exciting products and events, and the services we provide that differentiate Day's Jewelers from all the rest.

    Requirements

    Sales Associate Qualifications:

    • You are goal-oriented and sales-driven but understand that truly caring about customers and exceeding their expectations is key to your success.
    • You appreciate beauty and quality.
    • You understand that jewelry inherits a sentimental attachment and becomes a lifetime treasure.
    • Able to work within flexible retail store hours.

    Full-time salary range , including a competitive incentive plan: $35,000-$100,000+ per year (prorated for part-time positions based on number of hours worked).
