    We have partnered up with an industry leading food business who have a rich history in the industry and own some of the largest brands in the market that are regularly stocked in most homes around the UK and globally.

    They are looking for a high performing Brand Manager or ABM that has experience managing a Brand and large media budgets to manage one of the largest brands on the businesses portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of the annual brand plans and have full responsibility for the Brand P&L and Price, Pack and Architecture creating a cross channel brand experience.

    They will also have line management responsibilities with one ABM on the brand reporting directly into them and be responsible for delivering innovation to agreed timelines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimise and implement long term strategy across the Brand product portfolio
    • Lead annual brand planning across the channels
    • Lead management and optimisation of Price, Pack Architecture for the brand
    • Monitor Brand performance in the market and against competitors whilst keeping up with trends and report back to the business
    • Work with the commercial team to plan seasonal activity and shopper marketing plans
    • Lead all agency relationships
    • Coordinate with the innovation team to develop and manage innovation launch plans
    • Directly line manage 1 ABM with a focus on developing their skills to take on more responsibility in the future

    Require Experience:

    • 3+ years' brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry
    • Experience managing a P&L
    • Ability to work cross functionally and manage teams
    • Knowledge of executional marketing levers
    • Line management experience desired
    • Strategical thinker with the ability to create a path to success
    • Can do attitude
    • Strong analytical skills
