My client, a leading products and services business are looking to make a key hire who will be responsible for the direction, coordination and execution of testing activities.

This is an opportunity for a Test Lead to mature an emerging test function, creatingbest practice, process and what 'good' looks like.

You will be responsible for improving the standards and quality of the testing process, ensuring you are building strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as working/leading the test team on various software related projects.

In this role you will be accountable for delivery of the testing function which as mentioned is at the early stages, so if you have been involved in transitioning a testing function from manual to automated, I want to hear from you.

Hands on experience in Test Lead/Management roles on project implementation in a fastmoving environment
Experience of having worked in an Agile Methodology
Implementation of test automation tooling including Selenium and Eggplant
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience of liaising with and managing key stakeholders including internal and external stakeholders and customers.
