Gilbert Meher are looking to speak to nurse-qualified individuals with a strong elderly care background in regards to a Clinical Lead position in Swansea.

We require a passionate individual who has a clear focus on helping homes deliver holistic care to their residents.

The provider is looking to invest in this individual and help them grow and develop within the role and company.

It also operates at good occupancy levels and has a good core team helping the home run smoothly. The home has a good CQC rating and it will be your job to help them push for outstanding It won't be easy but you will be given the resources to help the home achieve their goal

My client currently operates in excess of 50 care homes, providing leading services in elderly nursing and residential care.

They are looking for professional, creative and energetic nursing staff to join their friendly and passionate teams who all work towards the same goals.

Assist the Home Manager with regular 'Supervision' and Performance Development Reviews in line with company requirements.
Administer prescribed medicines and maintain the appropriate records in line with the Company's policies, procedures and NMC guidelines.
Maintain accurate records/notes (including incident reports) to ensure the safeguarding, health and safety and statutory legal requirements are met.

Assist the Home Manager and/or Deputy Home Manager with the delivery of clinical services and nursing practice per regulatory requirements and take responsibility in their absence.

An active registration with NMC;
Be nurse qualified ideally RGN with relevant care home experience;
Possess strong leadership qualities;
Have good knowledge of CQC standards;
