Mid / Senior Associate - Funds London3-8yrs PQEAre you a talented and ambitious lawyer with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in funds and real estate funds? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on complex transactions? If so, then this exciting opportunity at a top-tier London law firm could be perfect for you.
In this role, you will join a dynamic Funds Group and play a key part in advising clients on the legal aspects of private funds.
Your responsibilities include:
Advising on fund formation, structuring, and regulation across various asset classes (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
Assisting with fundraising activities for private fundsDrafting and negotiating fund documentationProviding legal advice on fund investments and exitsWorking closely with partners and other team members to deliver exceptional client serviceAbout You:
You are a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background.
You have 3-7 years of PQE specializing in funds with a proven track record of success.
You have excellent knowledge of the relevant regulations governing private funds.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
